You are not managing posts — you are managing people. Assign roles, track activity, run huddles, and celebrate the behaviors that create sign-ups: posting, reaching out, and following up.
Pick the Targets
Each week, choose one priority engine and one priority zone. This week it might be the Untsmart topper at the airport. Next week it might be the Capital engine on LinkedIn. Clarity creates momentum.
Scale the System
The system scales when teammates can teach teammates. Build a simple onboarding path: War Room → Team Instructions → First Post → First DM → First Sign-Up.
Protect the Brand

- Assign each teammate one focus engine for the week.

- Download and print QR codes for the top three engines.
Phase 3 · Expansion
- Identify your highest-performing teammate and make them a zone leader.
- Open new city or airport targets one at a time.
