3MProsperitySystem.com, operating the 17 Prosperity Engines platform, is an independent marketing and education platform owned and operated by Charles Scott, a registered member of Cash Building System Unlimited (CBSU, member ID #4952). CBSU is a separate and independently owned company. This policy covers this website only.

We collect only what you give us or what is needed to operate the platform:

• Contact details you submit: name, email address, and optional phone number.
• The message, area of interest, and page you submitted from.
• Account information if you register: username, display name, bio, CBSU ID.
• Referral and traffic data: which teammate link you arrived through, the page visited, referring website, general country, and browser user agent.
• Registration verification data you choose to upload, such as a CBSU registration number or proof-of-payment reference.

We do not collect payment card details, and we do not process payments on this site.

• To answer your question and send you an automatic confirmation reply.
• To route your inquiry to the teammate whose link you used, so credit and follow-up go to the right person.
• To operate member dashboards, lead tracking, and team reporting.
• To verify CBSU registration submissions.

We do not sell your information, and we do not rent or trade contact lists.

A lead submitted through a teammate’s link is visible to that teammate, to their direct sponsor, and to platform administrators. It is not visible to other members. Our database enforces this with row-level access rules.

We use third-party services strictly to run the platform: a hosted database and authentication provider, an email delivery provider for automatic replies, and an AI provider that helps draft answers to submitted questions. These providers process data on our behalf and are not permitted to use it for their own marketing.

When you submit a form you will receive an automatic reply and may receive follow-up from your sponsor. Every email includes a way to reach us, and you may ask to stop receiving messages at any time by replying with “unsubscribe.”

We keep submissions for as long as needed to support the relationship and to maintain accurate team credit records. You may request a copy of your information, a correction, or full deletion. Send the request through the Connect page and we will act on it within 30 days.

This platform is intended for adults and is not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
