By using 3MProsperitySystem.com and the 17 Prosperity Engines platform you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Cash Building System Unlimited (CBSU) is owned by Jay Dagan and is a separate, independently operated company. 3MProsperitySystem.com and the 17 Prosperity Engines are the independent marketing architecture of Charles Scott, a registered CBSU member (ID #4952). Nothing on this site is an official CBSU communication, and CBSU is not responsible for the content, tools, or statements published here. The same applies to Organo Gold, Untsmart, and any other third-party company referenced.

Marketing tools, educational material, promotional pages, referral link tracking, and lead routing. Access to the tools does not create employment, partnership, agency, or franchise of any kind, and it does not enroll you in CBSU. Enrollment in CBSU happens on CBSU’s own website under CBSU’s own terms.

You are responsible for your account and for everything published under your links. You agree not to:

• Make income guarantees, earnings promises, or “get rich quick” claims.
• Send unsolicited bulk email, spam, or unlawful text messages.
• Misrepresent your relationship with CBSU, Organo Gold, Untsmart, or this platform.
• Give financial, legal, tax, or investment advice while promoting these tools.
• Encourage anyone to take on debt in order to join or purchase anything.
• Alter, scrape, or manipulate referral attribution or tracking data.

Accounts that break these rules may be suspended or removed, and associated attribution may be voided.

We track clicks and leads to attribute them to the correct teammate. We make a good-faith effort to be accurate, but tracking depends on browsers, devices, and third-party systems we do not control. We do not guarantee attribution, and any commissions or compensation are determined solely by CBSU or the relevant third-party company under their plans.

Outbound links to CBSU, funding sources, course providers, product vendors, and other sites are provided for convenience. We do not control those sites, and any purchase or agreement you make with them is strictly between you and that company.

The 17 Prosperity Engines framework, page copy, visuals, and structure are the property of Charles Scott / 3MProsperitySystem.com. Registered members may share the provided links and materials as-is for promotion. Rewriting, rebranding, or reselling the materials is not permitted.

The platform is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, 3MProsperitySystem.com and its owner are not liable for lost profits, lost opportunity, or indirect damages arising from use of the platform.

We may update these terms. Continued use of the platform after an update means you accept the revised terms.
